Help articles feed your AI

Your ReplyMaven help center and your chat bot share one brain. When you publish a help article, it is automatically indexed as a knowledge source, so the bot can answer from it and cite it.

Index sync starts after a publish or update. It runs in the background, so it may be pending or may fail after the article is already live. The article list shows its indexing status.

This means:

  • Write once. An article serves visitors who browse the help center and visitors who ask the bot.
  • Stay in sync. Updating a published article re-indexes it. Unpublishing removes it from the AI's knowledge.
  • Get cited. When the bot uses an article, the answer links back to the published page.

You are reading a help center built this way right now.

When you see the bot miss a question repeatedly, write a help article for it. You fix the bot and your documentation in one move.
