Contact form

Enable a contact form so visitors can leave a structured message instead of starting a chat.

Configure the form and its fields under Settings → Quick actions. The form can appear as a home-screen action. Submissions appear in the dashboard inbox. Telegram can also notify your team when it is connected and enabled.

Open the form from your own page with the supported widget API:

window.ReplyMaven?.open("form");
