Home screen

The home screen is the first thing visitors see when they open the widget. It includes:

Banner image: a header visual. Falls back to your brand color when not set.
Title and subtitle: for example "How can we help?"
Ask box: a quick input that transitions straight into the chat view.
Home links: up to 5 links to external resources such as docs, blog, or a status page.
Leave a message: a contact form button, when the contact form is enabled.

Configure the home screen under Settings → Appearance. Configure the contact form and quick actions under Settings → Quick actions.
