# Introducing ReplyMaven

Maven is the first support hire for small teams. It learns your docs, answers customers, takes action, and brings you in when a person should decide.

Good support is how small teams get talked about. A customer who gets a fast, correct answer at 2 a.m. tells a friend. ReplyMaven gives your team that reach before you hire a support team.

## What Maven does

Maven is an AI support agent that lives in a chat widget on your site. It reads your web pages, PDFs, FAQs, and help articles, then answers visitors in your voice.

It does more than answer:

- **Troubleshoots** with the context of the page the visitor is on.
- **Takes action** through your own tools, such as looking up an order or changing a plan.
- **Asks your team for help** when a question needs judgment, and keeps helping the customer while you review.

> [!TIP]
> Start with the pages your customers already ask about. Maven gets better with every source you add. See [How RAG works](https://replymaven.com/docs/knowledge-base/how-rag-works).

## Your team stays in the loop

When Maven needs a person, it writes a short note to your team on email, Slack, or Telegram. Reply from wherever you are. The first person to answer owns the conversation, and Maven steps back.

Each conversation also has a private thread where you can talk to Maven. Ask it to draft a reply, close the conversation, or update an FAQ. Changes to your knowledge wait for your approval.

## A help center that keeps up

ReplyMaven also hosts your docs. Articles you publish are added to what Maven knows, so one edit improves both the help center and the answers. Our own [documentation](https://replymaven.com/docs) runs on it.

## Install in one line

Add the widget to any page:

```html
<script
  src="https://widget.replymaven.com/widget-embed.js"
  data-project="your-project"
></script>
```

Maven takes the routine questions. Focus mode in the inbox helps you clear the rest in about ten minutes.
